摘要
为了探究路面设计方案的力学响应,进而评价路面加铺层结构的承载能力,依托惠盐高速深圳段改扩建工程,采用有限元方法建立了路面结构数值模型,全面评价了不同加铺方案的路表弯沉、层底拉应力等力学指标,对比分析了各方案在标准轴载和重载作用下的力学特征。结果表明:设置柔性基层的加铺层结构弯沉值在标准轴载作用下增加了17.5%~39.6%,路表弯沉值在重载作用下增加了2倍;在重载作用下,4种方案的层底最大拉应力增长比例为93.1%~106.0%。
In order to explore the mechanical response of pavement design scheme,and then evaluate the bearing capacity of the overlay structure,based on the reconstruction and expansion project of Huiyan Expressway in Shenzhen,the numerical model of pavement structure was established by finite element method,and the mechanical indicators such as road surface deflection and tensile stress at the bottom of different pavement schemes were comprehensively evaluated.The mechanical characteristics of each scheme under standard axle load and heavy load were compared and analyzed.The results show that the deflection value of the structure with flexible base increases by 17.5%~39.6%under standard axial load,and that of the road surface increases by twice under heavy load;under heavy load,the maximum tensile stress at the bottom of the layer increases by 93.1%~106.0%.
