加劲型矩形钢管混凝土的轴压承载力对比分析

摘要 为了对比分析PBL加劲肋与其他加劲措施对构件承载力的影响,广泛收集了国内外设直肋、约束拉杆、隅撑、钢筋笼、钢筯加劲肋、锯齿形加劲肋、拼接直肋、拼接斜肋及无肋矩形钢管混凝土的构造形式及承载力试验结果,引入了承载力提高系数评价各加劲形式的承载力水平。结果表明:设PBL加劲肋和约束拉杆矩形钢管混凝土承载力能够提高构件极限承载力20%以上;PBL加劲肋兼有力学性能优越和施工简便的双重特点。 In order to compare and analyze the influence of PBL stiffener and other stiffening measures on the bearing capacity of the members,the structural forms and bearing capacity test results of straight rib,restraining rod,truss,steel cage,steel reinforced stiffener,zigzag stiffener,splicing straight rib,splicing diagonal rib and rib-less rectangular concrete-filled steel tube were widely collected at home and abroad.The coefficient of bearing capacity improvement was introduced to evaluate the bearing capacity of various stiffening forms.The results show that the ultimate bearing capacity of rectangular concrete-filled steel tube with PBL stiffener and restrained tie bar can be increased by more than 20%,and PBL stiffener has the characteristics of excellent mechanical properties and simple construction.
