摘要
为了解工业化的振动搅拌设备对水泥稳定碎石路用性能的影响,选取7 d和28 d无侧限抗压强度、抗冲蚀性能等指标,采用振动搅拌和普通搅拌2种搅拌方式在同等试验条件下分别拌合水泥稳定碎石进行对比试验。结果表明:同等条件下,振动搅拌试件的7 d和28 d抗压强度分别是5.51 MPa和6.64 MPa,相比普通搅拌分别提高了10.1%和10.9%;振动搅拌下水泥稳定碎石冲蚀材料平均损失率为0.71%,降低了38.1%,抗冲蚀能力更强。
In order to understand the influence of industrial vibratory mixing equipment on the performance of cement stabilized macadam,the 7 d and 28 d unconfined compressive strength and erosion resistance were selected as indicators,and both vibratory mixing and ordinary mixing were used to prepare the cement stabilized macadam under the same test conditions for comparison.The results show that under the same conditions,the 7 d and 28 d compressive strength of vibratory mixing specimens are 5.51 MPa and 6.64 MPa respectively,which are 10.1%and 10.9%higher than that of ordinary mixing specimens;under vibratory mixing,the average loss rate of cement stabilized macadam is 0.71%,which is 38.1%lower,meaning the erosion resistance gets stronger.
