基于Tb^3+→Eu^3+能量传递的荧光粉多色发光性能的研究 被引量:6

摘要 用一步水热合成了Ba 3 Sc 2F 12:Ln 3+(Ln=Tb,Eu,Tb/Eu)(BSF)荧光粉,首先探究了单掺Tb 3+或Eu 3+条件下产品的发光性能,然后基于Tb 3+的发射光谱(5 D 4→7 F j)与Eu 3+的激发光谱(7 F 0,1→5 D 0,1,2)有较大部分重叠的现象探究了该基质中Tb 3+→Eu 3+的能量传递行为及其机制,最后讨论了伴随能量传递过程出现的荧光粉的多色发光现象.当Eu 3+的掺杂浓度从0%变到0.2%的过程中,荧光粉的发光颜色呈现出明显的差异,具体由绿光变为黄绿光,再经黄光变为近白光,最后变为红光. The Ba 3 Sc 2F 12:Ln 3+(Ln=Tb,Eu,Tb/Eu)(BSF)phosphors were synthesized via a one-step hydrothermal method.The luminescence properties of the BSF:Tb 3+and BSF:Eu 3+were first investigated,and then the energy transfer behavior of Tb 3+to Eu 3+in Ba 3 Sc 2F 12 host as well as its mechanism was explored based on the phenomenon that the emission spectrum of Tb 3+(5 D 4→7 F j)and the excitation spectrum of Eu 3+(7 F 0,1→5 D 0,1,2)overlap.Finally,the multi-color luminescence phenomenon of the synthesized phosphors accompanying the energy transfer process was discussed.And the luminescence colors of the phosphors appear to be significantly different when the doping concentration of Eu 3+ions changed from 0%to 0.2%,it’s probably varied from green to yellow-green,then turned into white through the yellow,and finally to red.
