摘要
分别采用正向/反向共沉淀方法制备用于模拟苯胺废水处理的两类层状复合金属氧化物(LDO)臭氧催化剂,并对其催化臭氧氧化苯胺降解的反应动力学进行分析.结果表明:以Fe 2+、Co 2+、Mn 2+和Fe 3+、Al 3+为制备原料,Co/Fe或Co/Al类二元LDO催化剂具有最佳的臭氧催化效果且对催化臭氧氧化苯胺的降解反应均符合伪一级反应动力学模型;相比正向共沉淀法制备的LDO催化剂,反向共沉淀法制备的LDO催化剂能够更大程度的降低苯胺废水COD Cr和TOC降解所需活化能;SEM测试发现反向共沉淀法制备的LDO臭氧催化剂可以得到更加完整且分布均匀的层板状结构.
Two kinds of Layered Double Oxide(LDO)ozone catalysts were prepared by forward/reverse co-precipitation-calcination method.The reaction kinetics of LDO ozone catalysts for the degradation of aniline wastewater were established.The study showed that Fe 2+,Co 2+,Mn 2+and Fe 3+,Al 3+were used as materials,the catalytic effect of Co/Fe-LDO and Co/Al-LDO catalysts is better than others.Aniline oxidized by catalyst/ozone systems were both based on the first-order reactions.The catalytic effect of Co/Fe-LDO and Co/Al-LDO prepared by reverse co-precipitation method is better than that of forward co-precipitation method.The SEM showed that the obvious layered structure and rough surface in the two kinds of layered double oxides ozone catalysts by reverse co-precipitation method.
