基于问卷星的新生报到系统设计与实现——以唐山工业职业技术学院为例

Design and Implementation of the Freshman Registration System Based on Questionnaire Star--Illustrated by the Case of Tangshan Polytechnic College

在“互联网+”大背景下,各高校都在加紧创建数字化校园,而每年新生报到工作是对其建设成果的一次很好的检验。随着近年来招生规模不断加大,迎新工作的投入也随之增多。唐山工业职业技术学院设计了基于问卷星的新生报到系统,通过移动端扫描系统生成的二维码,实现个人信息统计及宿舍查询,有效减少了人员及经费投入,提高了报到效率,为全面建成数字化校园打下了坚实的基础。

Under the background of"Internet+",universities are stepping up efforts to create digital campuses,and the annual registration of freshmen is a good test of their construction achievements.With the continuous increase of enrollment scale in recent years,the investment in welcoming freshmen also increases.Tangshan Polytechnic College has designed a new student registration system based on the questionnaire star.Through the two-dimensional code generated by the mobile scanning system,personal information statistics and dormitory query are realized,which effectively reduces the investment of personnel and funds,improves the efficiency of registration,and lays a solid foundation for building a digital campus in an all-round way.
