摘要
BIM是一种新技术、新方法。在建筑工程施工过程中,造价管理是不可缺少的一环,其关系着建设三方的利益,而BIM技术在造价管理中的应用,使工程建设朝着精准化、合理化的方向发展。本文在探讨BIM技术在建筑工程行业应用现状的基础上,基于BIM技术的特点,对BIM在工程造价专业中的应用思路及发展方向进行深入分析和展望。
BIM is a new technology and method.In the construction process,cost management is an indispensable part,which is related to the interests of the three parties.The application of BIM Technology in cost management makes the project construction develop towards the direction of accuracy and rationalization.Based on the discussion of the application of BIM Technology in the construction industry and the characteristics of BIM Technology,this paper made an in-depth analysis and outlook on the application and development direction of Bim in the engineering cost specialty.
