摘要
本文针对集装箱铁水联运实际过程中一个铁路港湾站对应多个港口码头铁路集装箱货场时,车辆排列顺序杂乱,需要重新按港口专用线线别要求进行重新解体编组后分送到不同的港口专用线卸车的现象,剖析了我国传统解体编组方式的弊端,结合我国自动化控制信息系统的相关研究成果,提出了一种新的集装箱解体编组方式。该方式采用新的作业流程、设备以及自动化手段,提高了货物的周转效率,实现了铁路运输与水运码头之间装卸自动化及物联网信息的互联互通,应用前景广阔。
In view of the fact that one railway Bay station corresponds to multiple port terminals and railway container yards in the actual process of Container Rail water intermodal transportation,the vehicles are arranged in a disorderly order and need to be disassembled and regrouped again according to the requirements of port special line type,and then sent to different port special line for unloading,this paper analyzed the disadvantages of the traditional disassembly and Regrouping Mode in China,and combined with the automatic control information in China based on the research results of the information system,a new method of container disassembly and marshalling was proposed.This method adopts new operation process,equipment and automation means,improves the turnover efficiency of goods,realizes the loading and unloading automation between railway transport and water transport terminal and the interconnection of Internet of things information,and has a wide application prospect.
