摘要
Rural revitalization plan is the action guide to implement the strategy of rural revitalization.It is a comprehensive spatial plan guided by village plan,land use plan,ecological environment protection plan,and taking achievement of industrial prosperity and ecological livability as the key.In order to strengthen the implementation and operability of the rural revitalization plan,this study took the practical research of Xichang rural revitalization plan in Sichuan Province as an example,discussed the implementation-oriented key content of rural revitalization plan,and put forward compilation suggestion of the rural revitalization plan.
