新疆农业水土资源利用及对策

Utilization and Countermeasures of Agricultural Water and Soil Resources in Xinjiang

区域水土资源的不合理利用制约着社会经济的可持续发展。新疆地广人稀,水土资源空间分布极不均衡,且农业水土资源利用效率不高,因此提高农业水土资源的利用效率势在必行。在阐述水土资源内涵的基础上,对国内外有关水土资源承载力及其优化配置的研究进行了综述性介绍和回顾;基于新疆农业水土资源利用现状,结合新疆的实际情况,重点围绕新疆水土资源利用及其分布状况开展了详细分析,指出了新疆农业水土资源利用存在的主要问题。最后,针对存在的问题提出了新疆农业水土资源利用的对策。

The unreasonable utilization of regional water and soil resources restricts the sustainable development of social economy.Xinjiang is sparsely populated,and the spatial distribution of water and soil resources is extremely uneven.Moreover,the utilization efficiency of agricultural water and soil resources is not high,so it is imperative to improve the utilization efficiency of agricultural water and soil resources.Based on elaborating the connotation of soil and water resources,the carrying capacity and optimal allocation of soil and water resources at home and abroad were introduced and reviewed.Then,with the actual situation of Xinxiang,based on the status quo of agricultural water and soil resources utilization in Xinjiang,a detailed analysis on the utilization and distribution of water and soil resources in Xinjiang was carried out,and the main problems existing in the utilization of agricultural water and soil resources in Xinjiang were pointed out.Finally,some countermeasures for the utilization of agricultural water and soil resources in Xinxiang were put forward.
