新时期中国与墨西哥农产品贸易合作新动态及前景

New Trend and Prospect on Agricultural Products Trade Cooperation between China and Mexico

2013年,中国和墨西哥将两国关系提升至全面战略伙伴关系,增进农产品贸易合作是两国经贸关系发展的新亮点、新方向。2001—2018年,中国与墨西哥农产品贸易合作成效显著,规模持续扩大,总量持续增长,贸易地位攀升,产品种类拓展。结合对中墨两国贸易结合度、产业内贸易、贸易互补性的分析发现,两国在农产品贸易合作中存在双边贸易总体规模有限、地位低微、结构不平衡、种类集中且产品单一,贸易关联度低且互补性弱,产业内贸易不足且层次低下等主要问题。新时期,中墨两国将以“一带一路”倡议与“中拉论坛”为平台,增进政治互信,完善农业合作机制,增进贸易互补融合,加速自贸协定谈判,推动农业领域“五通”建设,实现双边农产品贸易可持续发展,增进两国利益与人民福祉。

In 2013,China and Mexico upgraded the relationship between the two countries to a comprehensive strategic partnership.Promoting agricultural trade cooperation is a new bright spot and new direction in the development of economic and trade relations between the two countries.From 2001 to 2018,China-Mexico agricultural trade cooperation achieved remarkable results,the scale continued to expand,the total volume continued to grow,the trade position climbed,and product categories expanded.Based on the analysis of China-Mexico trade integration,intra-industry trade,and trade complementarity,it was found that in the agricultural products trade cooperation between the two countries,bilateral trade had limited overall scale,low status,unbalanced structure,concentrated types and single products,the trade linkages were inadequate and weakly complementarity,intra-industry trade was insufficient,and the trade levels were low.In the new era China and Mexico will use"the Belt and Road"initiative and the"China-Latin America Forum"as platforms to enhance mutual political trust,improve agricultural cooperation mechanisms,promote complementary trade and integration,accelerate negotiations on free trade agreements,and promote the construction of the"five links"in the agricultural field to achieve sustainable development of bilateral agricultural products trade and promote the interests of the two countries and the well-being of the people.
