摘要
近年来中国绿色食品零售业发展状况不理想,线上、线下销售渠道不完善使绿色食品零售问题日益显现,因此绿色食品的零售升级已是大势所趋。以黑龙江省为例,围绕新零售视角下绿色食品发展,首先阐释了绿色食品的内涵以及新零售业的发展优势;在此基础之上,进一步剖析了黑龙江绿色食品零售存在的主要问题,从金融、顾客、数据、生产等方面指明了新零售视角下黑龙江绿色食品零售模式的创新路径。
In recent years,the development of green food retail industry in China is not ideal.Due to the imperfect online and offline sales channels,the problem of green food retail becomes increasingly apparent.Therefore,the upgrading of green food retail industry has become an irresistible trend.Taking Heilongjiang province as an example,this study focused on the development of green food from the perspective of new retail,firstly explained the connotation of green food and the development advantages of new retail industry.On this basis,the main problems existing in Heilongjiang green food retail were further analyzed,and from the aspects of finance,consumer,data and production and so on,the innovation path of Heilongjiang green food retail model was pointed out from the perspective of new retail.
