摘要
工业4.0时代来临,信息技术发展带来了产业商业模式创新,同时改变了国际贸易的交易模式。为了紧密联系市场,应用技术转型院校,传统国际贸易的人才培养模式和课程设置存在诸多的弊端,已不适应跨境电商产业人才需求。为此,提出校企协同育人的全方面合作模式、跨境电商产业学院和混合实践教学的业界导师介入模式以提升优化跨境电商专业人才的培养实践。
With the advent of industrial 4.0 era,the development of information technology has led to the innovation of industrial business model,as well as the change of trading mode of international trade.In order to connect the market closely,colleges and universities should expedite applied technology restructuring.Since traditional training mode of talents and curriculum design for international trade major,it has many disadvantages,which can not meet the demands of talents in Cross Border E-commerce Industry.This paper puts forward two modes to improve and utilize the cultivation of professional talents in Cross-Border E-commerce,namely,a comprehensive cooperative mode,cooperated by both school and enterprise,such as Industry College of Cross-Border E-Commerce,and an intervention mode with industry mentor for a mixed teaching practice.
