金融助力脱贫攻坚与乡村振兴有效衔接的实践与思考——以吉林省农村信用社为例

Practice and Thoughts on the Role of Finance in Effective Connection between Poverty Alleviation and Rural Revitalization--An example of rural credit cooperative of Jilin province

今明两年是吉林省全面建成小康社会的关键期,是打赢脱贫攻坚战和实施乡村振兴战略的交汇期,也是落实习近平总书记"率先实现农业现代化、争当现代农业排头兵"重要指示的节点期。在当前脱贫攻坚即将全面收官取得胜利,并逐步向乡村振兴跨越的关键阶段,始终离不开金融的支持和配合。本文首先分析了脱贫攻坚与乡村振兴之间的衔接关系,系统梳理了吉林农信在金融精准扶贫和服务乡村振兴的过程中的比较优势,总结分析了吉林农信的工作成效和面临的问题,对下步金融服务路径进行了认真的思考,提出今后在"政策、投入、产品、服务、机制"五个方面精准发力,推动脱贫攻坚与乡村振兴有效衔接、协调发展。

This year and next two years will be a crucial period for jilin province to complete the building of a moderately prosperous society in all respects.It is also the node period to implement general secretary Xi Jinping's important instructions of"take the lead in achieving agricultural modernization and strive to become the leader of modern agriculture."Financial support and cooperation are indispensable in the crucial stage when the fight against poverty is about to come to an end and a victory is won,and the country is gradually moving toward rural revitalization.This paper first analyzes the connection between poverty alleviation and Rural Revitalization.It systematically combed the comparative advantages of Jilin Rural Credit in the process of targeted financial poverty alleviation and Rural Revitalization,and summarizes and analyzes the achievements and problems of Jilin Rural Credit.The next path of financial services has been seriously considered.Finally,this paper puts forward five aspects in"policy,investment,product,service and mechanism"to make precise efforts in the future to promote the effective connection and coordinated development of poverty alleviation and Rural Revitalization.
