氨站作为重大危险源是火电厂安全管理的重中之重,如何实现氨站长周期安全运行是氨站管理的重大课题。结合某厂氨站实际运行与管理情况,就如何实现氨站长周期安全运行进行了研究和经验总结,实现氨站投运以来无安全事故,供同类型的设备系统借鉴。

As a major industrial hazard source, the ammonia station is one of the most important safety concerns in the management of thermal power plants, and how to realize long cycle safe operation is an important issue of ammonia station management. Based on the actual operation and management condition of the ammonia station in a power plant, this article studies and summarizes the experience of how to realize the long term safe operation of ammonia station and realize accident-free safe operation of the ammonia station since it is put into service, which may serve as reference for similar equipment and system.
