摘要
智慧博物馆是当今博物馆行业发展的新趋势。国家博物馆摆脱传统纸质门票的概念,以观众需求为落脚点,结合自身情况推行全员实名制线上预约制度,全面推进公众服务智慧化建设,提升公众服务水平。本文介绍了国家博物馆推行全员预约制度的背景,预约服务系统的设计和实现过程,描述了系统功能,并对项目完成后带来的效果进行总结。
Smart museum is a new trend in the development of the museum industry. Based on audience demand and self-situation, national museum gets rid of the traditional concept of paper tickets, implements online real-name reservation system for all staff, so as to comprehensively promotes the construction of smart public service and improves the level of public service. This paper introduces the background of the whole staff reservation system in the national museum, the design and implementation process of the reservation service system, describes the functions of the system,and summarizes the effects brought by the completion of the project.
