摘要
本文将从风险管理角度探讨构建医院信息系统项目的管理参考模型和梳理其管理流程,并提出了医院基于信息系统项目的若干风险管理要点。
This paper will discuss the construction of hospital information system project management reference model and its management process from the perspective of risk management, and put forward a number of hospital information system project-based risk management points.
