《植物组织培养》实验课程教学改革初探

Teaching Reform in Experiment of Plant Tissue Culture

以信阳农林学院园艺学院开设的植物组织培养实验课程为研究对象,针对植物组织培养实验课程的特点以及实际教学中出现的问题,从教学内容、教学方式以及考核方式等方面开展了探索性改革,以期调动学生实验的积极性和主动性,使学生迅速有效地掌握植物组织培养技术,培养出适应社会发展需要的实用技能型农林人才。

The experimental course of plant tissue culture was taken as the reform object that offered by the college of horticulture in Xinyang agriculture and forestry university. Based on the characteristics of the experimental course of plant tissue culture and the problems in practical teaching, we explored teaching reform from the aspects of the teach ing contents, teaching methods and examination methods. Through experimental reform, it will arouse students′ en thusiasm and initiative, enhance the students′ experimental skills, and cultivate the comprehensive abilities of stu dents to meet the needs of social development.
