三级甲等医院护士长评判性思维与领导力现状及相关性研究

Present situation and correlation research on critical thinking and leadership of head nurses in third grade class A hospitals

目的了解护士长评判性思维与领导力的现况,分析护士长评判性思维能力和领导力之间的相关性。方法采用方便抽样的方法对11所三级甲等医院219名护士长和与之对应的876名护士分别进行评判性思维与护士长领导力调查。结果护士长评判性思维能力总分为(308.76±26.20)分;护士长领导力总分为(198.06±30.77)分;护士长评判性思维能力总分及各维度与护士长领导力总分及各维度均呈正相关(r=0.191~0.396,P<0.01)。结论护士长评判性思维能力具有正性特质,护士长领导力处于中等偏上水平,护士长评判性思维能力越强,其领导力水平越高。

Objective To study the present situation on critical thinking and leadership of head nurses and analyze the correlation between critical thinking and leadership.Method Choose 219 head nurses and 876 nurses under their leadership from 11 third grade class A hospitals by convenient sampling.Investigate them on head nurses'critical thinking and leadership.Result The total score on critical thinking ability of head nurses is(308.76±26.20).The total score on leadership of head nurses is(198.06±30.77).There is positive correlation on total score and score on each dimension between critical thinking ability and leadership of head nurses(r=0.191~0.396,P<0.01).Conclusion Critical thinking ability of head nurses has positive characteristics.Head nurses'leadership is in medium level and above.Head nurses with stronger critical thinking ability have better leadership.
