全球化、区域化与本土化视野下的东南亚华文教育

Chinese Education in Southeast Asia from the Perspective of Globalization, Regionalization and Localization

东南亚的华文教育体系包括三个组成部分,即公立学校、民办学校、孔子学院,这三个部分互为基础,相互促进。当前东南亚的华文教育热潮一浪高过一浪,全球化和区域经济一体化是促进这一波东南亚华文教育热潮的根本动力,反过来,华文教育热潮又助推全球化和区域化,为“一带一路”倡议在东南亚的实践提供基础和条件,进一步促进中国—东盟之间的民心相通。

Chinese education system in Southeast Asia consists of three components,namely,public schools,private schools,and Confucius Institutes.These three parts base on each other and promote each other.At present,Chinese education craze in Southeast Asia is surging.Globalization and regional economic integration are the fundamental forceswhich promote this craze,and in turn,Chinese education boom has promoted globalization and regionalization,providing the basis and conditions for the practice of“the Belt and Road”Initiative in Southeast Asia,and further promoting people-to-people exchange between China and ASEAN.
