sCD36在2型糖尿病合并非酒精性脂肪性肝病患者中的研究

The serum level of s CD36 in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus combined with non-alcoholic fatty liver disease

目的:研究2型糖尿病(T2DM)合并非酒精性脂肪性肝病(NAFLD)患者血清sCD36水平及其相关影响因素。方法:选择2018年1月至2018年6月我院收治的T2DM患者100例为研究对象。将T2DM合并NAFLD患者50例列为观察组,单纯T2DM患者50例列为对照组。比较2组患者血清sCD36水平、糖脂代谢指标、肝功能指标等,并计算NAFLD纤维化评分(NFS)。结果:T2DM合并NAFLD组与单纯T2DM组相比,sCD36升高(P<0. 05)。相关分析显示,sCD36与稳态模型评估胰岛素抵抗指数(HOMA-IR)、甘油三酯(TG)、超敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)、尿酸(UA)呈正相关(P<0. 05);BMI、TG、UA、HOMA-IR、sCD36是NFS危险因素。结论:T2DM合并NAFLD患者sCD36水平升高,且与NAFLD患者肝脏纤维化程度有关。

Objective: To investigate the change of serum sCD36 level in patients with type 2 diabetes( T2DM) combined with non-alcoholic fatty liver disease( NAFLD) and its related influencing factors. Methods: A total of 50 T2DM patients with NAFLD( observation group) and 50 T2DM patients without NAFLD( control group) in our hospital from Jan to Jun 2018 were selected as subjects. The serum level of sCD36 was determined by ELISA. Glucose and lipid metabolic parameters,and liver function parameters were compared between the two groups. NAFLD Fibrosis Score( NFS) was calculated. Results: The serum level of sCD36 in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group( P < 0. 05). Multiple linear regression analysis showed that sCD36 was positively correlated with HOMA-IR,TG,hs-CRP and UA( P<0. 05). sCD36,BMI,TG,UA and HOMA-IR were risk factors of NFS. Conclusions: Compared with T2DM alone,the levels of sCD36 is significantly higher in patients with T2DM combined with NAFLD. And the serum level of sCD36 is related to the degree of liver fibrosis.
