氟比洛芬酯预滴注联合丙泊酚在无痛胃镜检查中的优势

Application effect of flurbiprofen axetil pretreatment combined with propofol in painless gastroscopy

目的:对氟比洛芬酯预滴注联合丙泊酚在无痛胃镜检查中的应用效果进行分析。方法:将2017年9月至2019年2月在我院内镜诊疗中心进行无痛胃镜检查患者(体重指数18~25 kg/m^2、ASAⅠ~Ⅱ级) 100例随机分为2组,各50例。对照组单纯使用丙泊酚麻醉;观察组麻醉诱导前给予氟比洛芬酯,再用丙泊酚进行麻醉。比较2组患者注射痛的发生率、复苏时间、丙泊酚使用量、低氧发生率、复苏后10 min VAS评分以及胃镜检查时间。结果:2组患者在性别、年龄、胃镜检查时间以及低氧发生率比较差异均无统计学意义(P>0. 05),观察组注射痛的发生率、丙泊酚使用量、复苏时间、复苏后10 min VAS评分明显少于对照组(P<0. 01)。结论:氟比洛芬酯预滴注联合丙泊酚在无痛胃镜检使查中优势明显。

Objective: To investigate the application effect of flurbiprofen axetil pretreatment combined with propofol in painless gastroscopy. Methods: A total of 100 patients( BMI 18-25 kg/m^2,ASAⅠ-Ⅱ) with painless gastroscopy in our hospital from Sep 2017 to Feb 2019 were selected and were randomly divided into two groups,the control group and the observation group,50 cases in each group. The control group was anesthetized with propofol alone, and the observation group was pretreated with intravenous flurbiprofen axetil and then was intravenously pumped with propofol. The incidence of injection pain,anaesthesia resuscitation time,propofol dosage,incidence of hypoxia,VAS score at 10 min after the start of resuscitation,and gastroscopy time were compared between the two groups. Results: There were no significant differences between the two groups in gender,age,gastroscopy time and incidence of hypoxia( P>0. 05). The incidence of injection pain,propofol dosage,anesthesia resuscitation time and postoperative VAS score in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group( P < 0. 01). Conclusion: Flurbiprofen axetil pretreatment combined with propofol has obvious advantages in painless gastroscopy.
