摘要
双酚A (bisphenol A,BPA)作为一种具备雌激素效应的环境内分泌干扰物,是塑料工业的重要添加剂,被广泛应用于食品及饮料包装、餐具、婴儿用瓶等。在日常生活中可通过皮肤、呼吸和消化道途径接触。越来越多的研究逐渐关注人群暴露于BPA对健康尤其是雄性生殖方面的影响。本文就BPA对雄性生殖系统的影响以及相关表观遗传学机制进行综述。
Bisphenol A( BPA) is an estrogenic endocrine disruptor commonly used in manufacture of polycarbonate plastics and epoxy resins. BPA is widely used in food and beverage packaging,tableware,baby bottles and so on. Due to its ubiquitous presence in the environment,health concerns are increasing. Numerous studies have focused on the effects of BPA exposure on male reproductive development. This paper reviews the effects of BPA exposure on male reproductive system and related epigenetic mechanisms.
