This paper expounds the working principle of the continuous ship unloader,and simulates and analyzes the material flow state of the disc feeding device of the continuous ship unloader by using EDEM.The analysis results in the paper can serve as the basis for the motion design and control of the mechanism,and also provide an analysis method for the flow state of bulk materials.
