摘要
在直接法或间接法熔融纺丝中,纺丝箱是必不可少的纺丝设备之一。而熔体止流结构又是纺丝箱的关键零部件,常用的熔体止流结构为压缩空气冷冻阀,目前行业中绝大多数采用的是这种形式。因此,本文研究了纺丝箱熔体冷冻阀结构的设计方法,以提升纺丝设备性能。
In direct or indirect melt spinning, the spinning box is one of the essential spinning equipment. The melt stop structure is the key component of the spinning box,the commonly used melt stop structure is a compressed air freezing valve, which is currently used in most industries.Therefore, this paper studied the design method of the melt freeze valve structure of the spin box to improve the performance of the spinning equipment.
