摘要
整理瓶环节是影响灌装生产线效率的重要节点,人们要深入推进视觉检测技术与机器人技术的融合开发,研制自动化理瓶机,这是保证产品质量的有效手段。本文研究了自动化理瓶机设计方法和关键视觉算法,深入分析了视觉系统搭建、视觉系统标定、整理瓶的多目标分类跟踪技术算法、Delta机器人轨迹规划及动态目标抓取、视觉控制系统设计等关键研发问题,并详述了研究方法和具体实施方案。实践表明,在复杂环境(杂乱无章)下,自动化理瓶机充分利用机器视觉技术,可以完成复杂分拣、挑选、整理等高重复度工作,展现出良好的稳定性和高效性。
The finishing bottle is an important node that affects the efficiency of the filling production line. People should deeply promote the fusion development of visual inspection technology and robot technology, and develop au tomatic bottle unscrambler, which is an effective means to ensure product quality. This paper studied the design meth od and key vision algorithms of automatic bottle sorting machine, analyzed key research and development issues such as vision system construction, vision system calibration, multi-target classification and tracking algorithm for sorting bottles, Delta robot trajectory planning and dynamic target capture, and vision control system design, and detailed re search methods and specific implementation plans. Practice has shown that in a complex environment (cluttered), the automatic bottle unscrambler makes full use of machine vision technology to complete complex sorting, picking, sort ing and other highly repetitive tasks, showing good stability and efficiency.
