摘要
在生产海绵钛时,还原工艺是极为重要的一道工序,它对于海绵钛最终的质量具有重要影响。本文对影响海绵钛生产质量的因素(如还原温度、生产材料、镁利用效率、加料速度、设备密封性等)进行全面分析,并对海绵钛生产过程中镁还原工艺质量的控制进行深入研究,希望能够为相关人员提供一定建议。
In the production of sponge titanium, the reduction process is an extremely important process, which has an important impact on the final quality of sponge titanium. This paper comprehensively analyzed the factors that af fected the quality of sponge titanium production (such as reduction temperature, production materials, magnesium uti lization efficiency, feeding speed, equipment tightness, etc.), and conducted in-depth research on the quality control of magnesium reduction process during sponge titanium production, hoping to provide some suggestions for related personnel.
