含钼过共晶高铬铸铁渣浆泵实用性分析 被引量:3

摘要 过共晶高铬铸铁具有超高的硬度,但由于韧性差易开裂,很少应用于工业生产。本文设计了一种含钼过共晶高铬铸铁,铸件硬度可达到HRC57以上,冲击韧性达到5 J/cm^2以上,并且有效降低了废品率,与传统高铬铸铁BTMCr26材料相比,相对耐磨性提高30%以上,将此铸铁应用在渣浆泵上,可以大幅提高渣浆泵在高磨蚀工况下的使用寿命。 Hypereutectic high chromium cast iron has super-high hardness,but it is easy to crack due to its poor toughness,so it is rarely used in industrial production.In this paper,a kind of hypereutectic high chromium cast iron containing molybdenum is designed.The hardness of the casting can reach over HRC57,and the impact toughness can reach over 5 J/cm^2,and the scrap rate is effectively reduced.Compared with the traditional high chromium cast iron BTMCr26,the relative wear resistance is increased by more than 30%,which is greatly improved service life of the slurry pump under the condition of high abrasion.
