消失模管件失圆变形的防止及控制

Control and Preventing of Circular Deformation in Ductile Iron Pipe by LFC

球墨铸铁管件类产品属于典型的薄壁壳体铸件,采用消失模技术生产管件时,失圆变形问题一直是困扰管件生产的重要问题之一。本文通过对白模、黄模、震实等全过程采取防止失圆的工艺措施,有效提高了管件类产品的质量。

Pipe fittings are typical thin-walled shell castings.The problem of circular deformation is one of the most important problems in the production of pipe fittings.In this paper,the process measures were applied in the white mold,yellow mold and ramming process to prevent the loss of round,the quality of the pipe products were effectively improved.
