摘要
采用Ansys Workbench中Static Structural和Eigenvalue buckling模块对QY80t轮式起重机的底架在4种危险工况条件下进行有限元分析,得到该机底架在4种工况下的实际稳定安全系数(即一阶模态),其中稳定安全系数的最小值为4.0079,大于起重机设计规范中的许用稳定安全系数1.48。因此,该分析结果表明QY80t轮式起重机底架不会发生稳定性破坏。由对比分析所得数据可知,在臂长大、幅度大的危险工况下,可通过减少额定载荷提高起重机底架的稳定性。
By using the Static Structural and Eigenvalue buckling modules in Ansys Workbench,this paper carried out the finite element analysis is carried out on the underframe of QY80 t wheel crane under four dangerous working conditions and obtains the actual stability safety factor(i.e.first-order modal)of the underframe under each working conditions,and the minimum value of the stability safety factor is 4.0079 that is greater than the allowable stability safety factor,1.48,in the Design Rules for Cranes.Therefore,according to the analysis result,the stability of the underframe of QY80 t wheel crane will not be damaged.Based on data obtained from the above comparative analysis,the stability of the crane underframe can be improved by reducing the rated load under dangerous working conditions with long booms and large amplitude.
