摘要
自行车的规范管理和合理存放,已经成为当今社会高度关注和政府亟待解决的问题,兴建机械式自行车立体车库,将传统的地面停车模式向三维立体空间发展,从而形成新型的立体停车模式,是解决这一难题的有效途径。装配式自行车立体车库为垂直升降圆形布置车库。其核心技术为整体装配:立体车库和地面基础的连接形式简单,只需要安装膨胀螺栓即可,无需额外的地基工程作业;采用模块化设计,核心功能部件标准化,焊接、油漆等生产工作厂内完成;现场快速装配,同时可随时拆解,无需动火作业。装配式自行车立体车库主要分为主体钢结构、载车台、回转平台、出入口开门组件、外装饰五部分。
Standardized management and reasonable storage of bicycles have become a high concern in today's society and an urgent problem to be solved by the government.The construction of a mechanical bicycle high-rise garage can upgrade the traditional ground parking mode to a high-rise parking mode,which is an effective way to solve this problem.The high-rise garage for assembled bicycles is a vertically lifting circular garage.With integral assembly as the key technology:the connection form between the high-rise garage and the ground foundation is simple and only expansion bolts are needed.No additional foundation works need to be carried out;with modular design,standardization of key functional components,as well as welding,painting and other production works done before leaving the factory,quick on-site assembly and disassembly at any time can be realized without fire operations.The assembled bicycle high-rise garage is mainly divided into five parts:the main steel structure,the vehicle-carrying platform,the revolving platform,the entrance and exit door assembly and the exterior decoration.
