Optimization design of laminates based on improved differential evolution algorithm

摘要 针对复合材料具有可设计性以及经典差分进化算法自身的缺陷,提出一种改进的差分进化算法对复合材料层合板进行以铺层角为设计变量、蔡-吴(Tsai-Wu)强度准则为约束条件、层合板强度最大为目标函数的优化设计。考虑差分进化算法在寻优过程中个体间差异越来越小,采用随机选择突变策略和增加扰动机制的方法,增大个体间差异,避免算法陷入局部最优解。通过数值算例和工程算例验证了改进的差分进化算法具有较好的全局收敛性。 Considering the designability of composite materials and the defects of classical differential evolution algorithm,this paper proposes an improved differential evolution algorithm to optimize the design of composite laminates with the ply angle as the design variable,Tsai-Wu strength criterion as the constraint condition,and the maximum strength of the laminate as the objective function.Considering that the difference between individuals is getting smaller and smaller in the optimization process of differential evolution algorithm,this paper adopts the method of randomly selecting mutation strategy and increasing disturbance mechanism in order to increase the difference between individuals and avoid the algorithm falling into local optimization.Verifications through numerical and engineering examples show that the improved differential evolution algorithm has a better global convergence.
