摘要 按照本质安全"系统追问、本质改进"的核心思想,基于国网内蒙古东部电力有限公司开展的本质安全建设实践案例,通过对安全管理内在规律的研究和把握,总结提炼了一套关于本质安全建设实践方法的架构,为建立本质安全长效工作机制,打造本质安全型企业提供了理论指导及实践方法。 According to the core idea of "systematic inquiry and essential improvement" of intrinsic safety, based on the practical case of inherent safety construction carried out by State Grid Inner Mongolia East Electric Power Co., Ltd., and through the research and grasp of the inherent law of safety management, this paper summarizes a set of framework of practical methods for inherent safety construction, which provides theoretical guidance and practical methods for the establishment of a long-term and efficient working mechanism of inherent safety and inherent safety enterprise.
