摘要
我国是自然灾害比较严重的国家,每年由于自然灾害引发的电网风险很多。在分析了未来电网发展走向的基础上,提出了拓展大电网运行的广域信息源来构建调度大信息体系,同时基于调度大信息对电网的生产预警与风险防范措施进行了研究,阐述了合理开发利用调度大信息可以增强电力企业对重大自然灾害的应急响应能力和抗风险能力。
China is a country prone to serious natural disasters and there are many hazard risks involving grid caused by natural disasters every year. Based on the analysis of the future development trend of the power grid, this paper proposes to expand the wide-ranging information sources of the operation of large power grid to construct the dispatching big information system, and studies the production early warning and risk prevention measures of the power grid based on the dispatching big information, and expounds that the rational development and utilization of the dispatching big information can enhance the emergency response and risk prevention capabilities of the power enterprises against major natural disasters.
