摘要
针对目前10 kV钢铠电缆接头制作过程中,常用的电缆钢铠剥切方法费时费力、工艺难把握且易发生人身伤害的情况,根据现场作业条件及电缆钢铠特性,研制了一种剪切式电缆钢铠剥切工具。试验及应用结果表明:该剪切工具不仅能快速地对电缆钢铠进行剥切,提升电缆头制作工艺,防止人身伤害事故的发生;还可提高了作业效率和设备的安全可靠性。
In view of the current situation that the commonly used method of cable steel armor stripping and cutting is time-consuming and laborious, the process is difficult to grasp and personal injury is easy to occur in the production process of 10 kV steel armor cable joint, a cutaway type cable steel armor stripping and cutting tool is developed according to the site operation conditions and the characteristics of cable steel armor. The test and application results show that the shearing tool can not only peel and cut the steel armor of the cable quickly, improve the manufacturing process of the cable head and prevent the occurrence of personal injury accidents, but also improve the working efficiency and the safety and reliability of the equipment.
