摘要
设计和实现了一款阿基米德单臂螺旋天线、缝隙天线及环天线相结合的混合型标签天线,标签基材采用PI材料。设计结合ISO18000-6C协议特点,采用电小环作为短路环,考虑标签下方有金属螺钉及应用空间小的特点,充分利用小环内部的空间,采用单臂螺旋天线的形式来尽可能地扩宽频带、提升增益,同时又形成缝隙天线的结构特点,有效地避开环境对天线的影响。测试结果表明该RFID标签工作在920-925 MHz的频段上时明显优于同尺寸、同环境的其他设计方案。
A hybrid tag antenna combining Archimedes single-arm helical antenna,slot antenna and electric small loop antenna was designed and implemented.The label substrate is made of PI material.The design combines the characteristics of ISO18000-6C protocol,adopts electric small ring as short-circuit ring,considers the metal screw under the label and the small application space,makes full use of the space inside the small ring,and uses the form of single-arm helical antenna to expand as much as possible.Broadband,improved gain,and the structural characteristics of the slot antenna are formed to effectively avoid the influence of the environment on the antenna.The test results show that the RFID tag works well in the frequency range of 920~925 MHz,which is superior to other designs of the same size and environment.
