修复数字电路保持时间违规的几种方法和效果比较

摘要 随着工艺节点的不断变小,芯片签核的工艺角和芯片的工作模式也变得越来越多,造成修复保持时间的时间成本增加。本文给出了五种修复数字电路保持时间违规的方法,对这些方法进行了介绍,比较了各种方法修复效果和所用时间,提出了如何快速有效地修复保持时间违规的建议。 With the process node becoming smaller and smaller,the process corners and the working modes of chip become more and more.All of these increase the time cost of repairing the hold time violations.In this paper,five methods to repair the hold time violations of digital circuits are given,and these methods are introduced.The effects and time of various methods are compared,and suggestions on how to quickly and effectively repair the hold time violations are put forward.
