螺旋面方程建立及铣削时刀具刃型设计 被引量:3

摘要 针对螺旋面加工易干涉及刀具设计困难等问题,提出一种基于标架与直角坐标系相结合的方法来确定螺旋面方程,并应用微分几何、啮合原理确定了螺旋面铣削时的刀具设计方法,建立了复杂螺旋面方程,并设计出该螺旋面外、内(旋风)铣时刀具的刃型.结果表明,利用提出的方法确定复杂螺旋面方程方便易行,设计的刀具刃型在满足安装条件下不会发生干涉,从而有效验证了螺旋面方程数学模型及铣刀刃型设计数学模型的可行性. Aiming at the problem of easy interference and difficult cutter design in helicoid milling process,a method based on the combination of standard frame and rectangular coordinate system was established to determine a helicoid equation,and a cutter design method for helicoid milling was verified using differential geometry and meshing principle. A complex helicoid equation was established,and the cutter blade profiles for outer and inner helicoid milling were designed. The results show that it is convenient and feasible to determine the complex helicoid equation with the as-proposed method,and the interference phenomena do not happen with the as-designed blade profiles of milling cutter when the installation conditions are satisfied.Therefore,the feasibility of mathematical models for both helicoid equation and blade profiles of milling cutter can be effectively confirmed.
