摘要 本研究筛选以杨木屑和玉米芯为主的蟹味菇[Hypsizygus marmoreus(Peck)H.E.Bigelow]栽培培养基及优化催蕾条件。经筛选得栽培配方如下:杨木屑35%,玉米芯25%,米糠18%,麸皮18%,白糖1%,石灰1%,石膏1%,过磷酸钙1%,与以棉籽壳为主的常规配方相比,生物转化率略低。采用单因素试验,通过对催蕾影响因素包括:温度,湿度、光照强度和二氧化碳浓度等进行优化研究,获得最佳催蕾条件:15℃下,空气相对湿度为85%~95%时,弱光照条件(光照强度≤50 lx),CO2浓度控制在0.20%~0.25%,利于蟹味菇原基分化,产量和正品率最高。通过栽培培养基及培养条件的筛选研究,证实杨木屑可用于蟹味菇的栽培生产,为其应用提供了具有经济效益的途径。 Optimization of medium of Hypsizygus marmoreus(Peck)H.E.Bigelow using poplar sawdust and corncob as main ingredients was carried out in the study.And the corresponding conditions for primordial occurrence were also optimized.The optimal medium was consisted of poplar sawdust 35%,corn cob 25%,rice bran 18%,wheat bran 18%,sugar 1%,lime 1%,gypsum 1%,superphosphate 1%.However,the biological efficiency was slightly lower than that obtained in substrate with cottonseed hull.Conditions for primordial occurrence including temperature,humidity,light intensity and carbon dioxide concentration were determined by single factor method.The results showed that temperature at 15℃,relative humidity among 85%~95%,low light intensity(≤50 lx)and CO2 concentration among 0.20%~0.25%were the best for primordial induction of H.marmoreus(Peck)H.E.Bigelow.Both production and qualification rate were the highest under these conditions.These findings obtained in the studies confirmed that poplar sawdusts could be used as the raw materials for the culture of H.marmoreus(Peck)H.E.Bigelow,which provided an economic way for its application.
