物联网与云服务的矿山地压监测系统研究与应用 被引量:9

摘要 为实现矿山开采科学化管理方式,全面确保矿山井下生产作业的连续性和安全性,地压安全监测系统已在矿山得到广泛应用。针对我国地压安全监测系统相比于国外知名监测系统在传感器、通信线路和数据挖掘上存在的很多不足,本文引入物联网与云服务技术,设计并实现了一套地压安全监测地压安全监测分析一体化的解决方案。开发了适合矿山动力灾害监测的多参数泛在数据时间同步、数模转换同步的采集装置。通过微震采集、应变采集、应力采集、温度、有毒有害气体采集等,获取在时间同步、数模转换同步条件下监测目标的多元信息,为各种参数记录提供共同的时间轴和相同的采集转换,并构建集成了多矿山多用户的地压安全监测云平台,奠定矿山动力灾害多参数耦合分析预警技术基础。 In order to realize the scientific management mode of mining and ensure the continuity and safety of underground work,mine safety monitoring system has been widely applied in mines.In view of the shortcomings of the ground pressure safety monitoring system in China compared with the well-known monitoring system abroad in sensors,communication lines and data mining,this paper introduces the Internet of Things and cloud service technology,and designs and realizes a set of integrated solutions for ground pressure safety monitoring and analysis.In this paper,a multi-parameter universal data acquisition device for mine dynamic disaster monitoring is developed,which is suitable for time synchronization and digital-analog conversion synchronization.Through microseismic acquisition,strain acquisition,stress acquisition,temperature acquisition,toxic and harmful gas acquisition,multi-information of monitoring target under the condition of time synchronization and digital-analog conversion synchronization is obtained,which provides common time axis and the same acquisition conversion for various parameter records,and a cloud platform for ground pressure safety monitoring integrating multi-mine and multi-user is constructed.It lays the foundation of multi-parameter coupling analysis and early warning technology for mine dynamic disasters.
