Actions for Enriching Border Areas and their Residents and Ethnic Unity and Progress

团结与发展是新中国民族工作的主题,也是边疆建设的主题。兴边富民行动作为国家实现边疆民族地区共同繁荣发展的国家战略和促进各民族共同团结进步的政策平台,在促进边疆地区民族团结、经济发展方面发挥了重要作用。文章以新中国边疆建设历程尤其是兴边富民行动的实施为例,展现边疆地区团结与发展目标的实现过程。这一过程充分体现了党和国家对边疆稳固与发展的一贯重视,为在铸牢中华民族共同体意识的工作主线下继续推进兴边富民行动提供理论参考。

Unity and development is the theme of the ethnic work in New China,and also the theme of border construction.As a national strategy for promoting the common prosperity and development of the border areas and a policy platform for promoting the common unity and progress of all ethnic groups,actions for enriching border areas and their residents have played an important role in promoting ethnic unity and economic development of the border areas.This paper takes the construction process of New China’s border areas,especially the implementation of actions for enriching border areas and their residents as an example to show the process of realizing the unity and development goals of the border areas.This process fully embodies the consistent attention of the Party and the Central Government to the stability and development of the border areas,and provides a theoretical reference for further promoting actions for enriching border areas and their residents in line with the work of enhancing the sense of the Chinese community with a shared destiny.
