表彰的模范集体:边疆地区民族团结事业的推动力量及结构特征

A Study of the Exemplary Group as a Driving Force of Ethnic Unity in the Border Areas of China and its Structural Features

民族团结是边疆治理的主要任务之一,边疆治理也是民族团结理论与政策的重要源泉,两者在我国边疆地区民族团结事业的实践中密切联系相互促进。本文整理了历次全国民族团结进步表彰大会上边疆九省区受到表彰的模范集体,分析了各省区模范集体的领域、类型、层级差异以及边境县与非边境县、自治县与非自治县的差异,以求深入理解我国边疆地区民族团结进步创建的主要力量和基本面貌。

Ethnic unity is one of the main tasks of borderland governance in China,while this governance itself is also an important source of the theories and policies of ethnic unity.Both of them are closely linked and mutually promoted in the practice of ethnic unity in the border areas.Based on the exemplary group at the Commendation Conference on National Unity and Progress recommended by the previous national congresses,this paper analyzes the diversities,types and levels of such exemplary group as well as the differences between border and non-border counties,autonomous and non-autonomous counties,which may help our understanding of the main forces and features of ethnic unity being forged in the border areas.
