国家视角下的民族事务类型及其比较——多维视角下的民族事务比较研究之一

THE TYPES OF ETHNIC AFFAIRS AND THEIR COMPARISONS FROM THE NATIONAL PERSPECTIVE——A Comparative Study of Ethnic Affairs from The Multidimensional Perspective

民族问题是社会总问题的一部分,民族事务是整个社会事务的一部分。由此,我们可以说,无论是在历史纵向延伸还是在现实横向展开,民族事务在很大程度上受制于社会事务总体过程的制约和影响。这要求对民族事务的观察和研究必须有一个多维度的视角。本文首先主要从国家的视角观察民族事务,一方面从古代帝国王朝到现代主权国家的历史发展过程中,另一方面是在现代主权国家的不同类型,即宗教国家、民族国家和人民/公民国家的相互比较中,对民族事务进行多角度观察和分析。

Ethnic issues are part of the general social issues,and ethnic affairs are part of the overall social affairs.From this,we can say that,regardless of the vertical extension of history or the horizontal extension of reality,ethnic affairs are largely restricted and influenced by the overall process of social affairs.This requires a multi-dimensional perspective on the observation and re search of ethnic affairs.This article first observes ethnic affairs mainly from the perspective of the state.On the one hand,it is in the historical development process from the ancient empire to the modern sovereign state.On the other hand,ethnic affairs are observed and analyzed from multiple perspectives in the mutual comparison of different types of modern sovereign states,namely,reli gious states,nation-states,and people/citizens states.
