论人类命运共同体理念的基本内涵、内在逻辑及时代价值

ON THE BASIC CONNOTATION,INTRINSIC LOGIC AND EPOCH VALUE OF THE CONCEPT OF A COMMUNITY WITH A SHARED FUTURE FOR MANKIND

人类命运共同体理念是我们党在不同场合、不同时间对深刻变革、复杂多变的世界格局作出的生动阐释以及对人类发展前景和世界发展命运的深度考量。作为习近平新时代中国特色社会主义思想的重要内容,它蕴含着丰富的、深刻的理论内涵,承袭与发展马克思主义关于共同体的思想和中国“和合”思想,进一步升华政治共同体、经济共同体、安全共同体、社会共同体、文化共同体等概念结构。依据马克思主义的立场、观点和方法,笔者主要从价值、理论和实践三重逻辑来着重阐述人类命运共同体理念。它的时代价值主要体现在:在理论价值上,它是科学社会主义理论的最新实践成果;在价值理念上,它是世界各国共识的新型价值观;在国际话语权上,它是提升中国国际话语权的“中国方案”。

The concept of a community with a Shared future for mankind is a vivid explanation by our party on different occasions and at different times of the profound changes and complex and volatile world patterns,and a reflection on the prospects for human development and the destiny of the world development.As an important content of Xi Jinping's socialist thought with Chinese char acteristics in the new era,it contains rich and profound theoretical connotation,inherits and devel ops Marxist thoughts about the community and the Chinese thought of"harmony",further sublimates of political community,economic community,the security community,the social community,cultural community and other conceptual structures.According to the principle of Marxist position,viewpoint and method,the author mainly expound the concept of a community with a shared future for man kind from the three logics of value,theory and practice.Its epoch value is mainly reflected in the following aspects:in terms of theoretical value,it is the latest practical achievement of scientific so cialist theory;In the concept of value,it is the world's consensus of new values;In terms of inter national discourse power,it is the"China plan"to enhance China's international discourse power.
