The Contribution of Human Capital Theory to Research on Chinese Labor Market

摘要 人力资本理论创立60年来,其缜密的理论、详实的方法、新颖的视角在学术研究中得到了广泛应用,推动了诸多领域的发展。本文从收入分配、就业、劳动力配置和劳动力市场分割四个方面总结了人力资本理论对中国劳动力市场研究的主要贡献。未来面对劳动领域的新趋势、新特征,人力资本理论将有更加广阔的应用空间。 Human capital theory has been widely applied in academic research since its establishment sixty years ago.Its well-constructed theory,detailed method and novel perspective have promoted the development of many fields.Taking researches on the labor market as an example,this paper summarizes the main contributions of human capital theory from four aspects:income distribution,employment,labor allocation and labor market segmentation.In the future,Chinese economists will make more contributions to the application of human capital theory and the development of labor market facing up to the new trends and new characteristics in the labor market.
