美国对华高技术企业投资并购的安全审查与中国策略选择

本次中美贸易摩擦,贸易逆差只是表象问题,深层次是大国科技发展博弈与投资市场开放问题。美国对外商投资安全审查制度进行改革,对中国互联网、信息、芯片制造、人工智能等高技术企业赴美投资并购实施偏见性与针对性的安全审查,限制中国高技术企业进入美国市场,短期内造成中国企业赴美投资规模与收益下降,但是长期影响有限。

The United States reform the foreign investment security review system,and point the finger at China.Conducting prejudice and targeted security review of Chinese Internet,information,chip manufacturing,artificial intelligence and other high-tech enterprises to invest and merge in the United States.Restrict Chinese high-tech enterprises entering the United States market.This has caused the decline in the scale and income of Chinese enterprises’investment in the United States in the short term,but the long-term impact is limited.Therefore,the government and enterprises must implement strategies to respond.Turn external pressure into a powerful driving force for internal development while strengthen independent innovation and research and development,and accelerate the leap from"Made in China"to"Created in China".
