基于文献及BK算法探讨突发急性呼吸道传染病的中药复方用药规律 被引量:5

Discussion on Medication Laws of TCM Compound Prescriptions for Acute Respiratory Infectious Diseases Based on Literature and BK Algorithm

摘要 目的基于古今文献,运用BK算法探索突发急性呼吸道传染病的中药复方用药规律,为临床治疗提供借鉴。方法计算机检索中国知识资源总库(CNKI)、中国科技期刊数据库(万方数据)、维普期刊资源整合服务平台(VIP)和上海研发公共服务平台“方剂资源库”中关于中药治疗突发急性呼吸道传染病的文献,人工阅读文献后收集中药复方,复方信息经数据标准化处理后建立数据库,运用BK算法挖掘其用药规律。结果共纳入中药复方186首,分析发现风温肺卫证17个高频药物(频次≥15,以发散风热、清热泻火药为主)、热壅气分证14个高频药物(频次≥10,以清热泻火解毒药为主)和正虚邪恋证15个高频药物(频次≥3,以益气养阴清热药为主),并得到3个证型的常用配伍组合,发现了风温肺卫证和热壅气分证共2首基本方(桑叶,菊花,连翘,金银花,牛蒡子,薄荷,芦根,桔梗,苦杏仁,甘草;石膏,鱼腥草,金银花,连翘,板蓝根,绵马贯众,薄荷,大黄,麻黄,苦杏仁,甘草)。结论将BK算法用于突发急性呼吸道传染病用药规律的挖掘研究,可为提高临床疗效提供有益尝试。 Objective To explore medication laws of TCM compound prescriptions for acute respiratory infectious diseases based on literature and BK algorithm;To provide references for clinical practice.Methods Literature about TCM treatment for acute respiratory infectious diseases in CNKI,Wanfang Data,VIP,and“prescription resource bank”of SGST were retrieved.TCM compound prescriptions were collected when the manual reading of the literature was accomplished.The compound information was standardized after data processing to establish a database,and BK algorithm was used to mine the medication laws.Results Totally 186 compound prescriptions were included.Software analysis found 17 kinds of high-frequency Chinese materia medica for syndrome of wind-warm and lung-defense(frequency≥15,mainly including wind-heat dispersing medicine and heat-clearing and fire-clearing medicine),14 kinds of high-frequency Chinese materia medica for syndrome of heat accumulating in qi(frequency≥10,mainly including heat-clearing and fire-clearing and detoxicating medicine),and 15 kinds of high-frequency Chinese materia medica for syndrome of lingering pathogen due to deficient vital qi(frequency≥3,mainly including qi-reinforcing and yin-nourishing and heat-clearing medicine).The common compatibility combinations of the three patterns were obtained.Two basic prescriptions(Mori Folium,Chrysanthemi Flos,Forsythiae Fructus,Lonicerae Japonicae Flos,Arctii Fructus,Menthae Haplocalycis Herba,Phragmitis Rhizoma,Platycodonis Radix,Armeniacae Semen Amarum,and Glycyrrhizae Radix et Rhizoma;Gypsum Fibrosum,Houttuyniae Herba,Lonicerae Japonicae Flos,Forsythiae Fructus,Isatidis Radix,Dryopteridis Crassirhizomatis Rhizoma,Menthae Haplocalycis Herba,Rhei Radix et Rhizoma,Ephedrae Herba,Armeniacae Semen Amarum,and Glycyrrhizae Radix et Rhizoma)for wind-warm and lung-defense syndrome and syndrome of heat accumulating in qi were found.Conclusion The BK algorithm can be used to mine the medication laws of acute respiratory infectious diseases,which can provide a useful attempt to promote clinical efficacy.
