摘要 为解决煤矿主运输系统带式输送机空载时间长、自动化程度低和工作人员多等问题,设计一套煤矿智能主运输控制系统,通过检测主运输系统沿线带式输送机的煤流量、带速及运行信息,实现带式输送机的顺煤流自适应启停,根据煤量调速,无煤停运,减少空载时间,提高煤矿主运输系统带式输送机的运行效率。 In order to solve the problem of large dead time,low degree of automation and many personnel in the belt conveyor of coal mine main transportation system,designed a coal mine intelligent main transportation control system.By detected the coal flow and belt speed and operation information along the belt conveyor of the main transportation system to realize the adaptive start and stop of the smooth coal flow of the belt conveyor according to the coal volume speed regulation,no coal stop,and reduce the no-load time.Improved the operation efficiency of the belt conveyor of the main transportation system of the coal mine.
