采煤机牵引液压系统防泄漏保护系统设计

Design of Leakage Protection System for Shearer Traction Hydraulic System

针对采煤机牵引液压系统加工制造精度高、故障发生率较高、维修困难、维护成本高等问题,以MG475-W型采煤机牵引液压系统为研究对象,设计了一种简单、低成本液压系统防泄漏保护系统。采煤机牵引液压系统防泄漏保护系统可以实现在正常工作条件下出现液压接头、管路泄漏以及液压油缺失情况、紧急情况和牵引供电故障情况时对采煤机牵引液压系统进行保护的作用,防止损坏液压系统,减小液压系统故障率。

Aiming at the problems of high precision manufacturing,high failure rate,difficult maintenance,and high maintenance cost of the shearer traction hydraulic system,taking the MG475-W shearer traction hydraulic system as the research object,a simple and low-cost leakage protection system for hydraulic system has been designed.The leakage protection system for shearer traction hydraulic system can protect the shearer traction hydraulic system under normal working conditions,hydraulic joints,pipeline leakage,lack of hydraulic oil,emergency and traction power supply failure,and prevent the hydraulic system from being severely damaged,reduced the failure rate of the shearer traction hydraulic system.
