摘要
针对C形和异形2种不同形状的导流板,运用Comsol Multphysics进行仿真,得到2种不同形状导流板中铁精粉颗粒的运动轨迹,然后用筛网筛分出粒径大小为4 mm的原矿物料,调节一级磁辊的转速,分别对比无导流板、C形导流板和异形导流板3种情况下的磁选机分选品位。结果表明:添加导流板可以提高精矿中磁性铁品位;导流板的形状对磁性铁的品位有影响,其中异形导流板的分选品位最高,C形导流板次之,无导流板的磁选机分选品位最低。该研究对提高新型干式磁选机的分选品位有一定的参考价值。
For C-shape and special-shape two kinds different shapes of guide plate,using Comsol Multphysics to carry on the simulation,get the motion trail of iron powder particles in the two different shapes of guide plate,then shake out ore material particle size of 4 mm with screen,adjust the speed of primary magnetic roller,separately compare the grade of dry magnetic separator without the guide plate,with the C-shape and special-shape guide plate.Results show that:adding guide plate can enhance the grade of magnetic iron ore concentrate;The shape of guide plate has influence on the grade of magnetic iron,the separation grade of special-shape guide plate is the highest,C-shape guide plate is the second,and the separation grade of magnetic separator without guide plate is the lowest.This study can provide certain reference value for improving the separation grade of new dry type magnetic separator.
